Grown in the cool-climate region of Casablanca this fresh, yet tropical fruit flavoured
Chardonnay is fermented in French oak. Great depth with a touch of spice.

Dry and crisp from the extreme north west of Spain, exhibits
fresh green apple and citrus aromas with a pinch of spice.

chocolate, which adds up to a very rounded wine with great fruit.

Merlot grapes ripened to perfection in the plentiful sunshine
of the Curico Valley produce a juicy, plum fruit character
with hints of oak and smooth tannins on the finish.

19. Shiraz, Viognier - Willunga 100 - Australia 16.75
From the heart of Mclaren Vale, with classic richness of flavour from the region with
5% viognier adding a freshness and lift, with intense, smokey bramble Shiraz fruit.
20. Rioja Crianza - Marquis de Morano - Spain 16.75
Produced from the Tempranillo and Mazuelo grapes and matured for a minimum of
12 months in cask, then a further year in the bottle for a smooth oak finish.
21. Malbec - Rare Vineyards - France 17.50
More recently from the new world and Argentina in particular,
Malbec’s home is South west France. This wine is velvety and
overtly fruity with violet aromas and a hint of spice on the pallet.
22. Premus - Veremonte - Chile 18.75
A premium wine using predominantly Carmenere grapes with some merlot and
Cabernet Sauvignon to create the perfect balance. The young wine is aged for 12
months in French and American oak, resulting in a finished wine with mouth-filling
flavours of blackberry and cherry entwined with the spicy oak.
23. Chateau de Marsannay - France 27.50
Classic Pinot Noir, fragrant cherry and red currant fruit and a touch
of spice combine to produce this medium bodied top Burgundy.

California produces some excellent rose wines and
this is no exception. Delicious strawberry and raspberry
fruit flavours with a refreshing finish. Summer in a glass!
25. Pinot Grigio Rosato del Veneto - Collezione Machesini 4.00 5.25 16.00
Due to the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes being neither dark nor
light,it lends itself well to the production of rosé wines. The result
is a wine that is dry with a delicious peach and summer fruit flavour.

This delightful wine has a pale golden colour followed by some lovely
biscuity flavours. Like all good champagne it has an exhilarating finish.

four years go in to making. This delicate and elegant champagne.

Delicate salmon pink in colour with aromas of wild strawberry.
